Welcome to Bollcam. By accessing or using our mobile application and services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, downloading, installing, or using Bollcam, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Bollcam is an AI-powered image filtering application that allows users to transform and enhance their photographs using artificial intelligence technology and third-party AI services.
3. User Content and Prohibited Content
You are expressly prohibited from uploading, processing, sharing, or submitting any of the following types of content:
- Child Exploitation Material: Any content depicting, suggesting, or related to the exploitation of minors is absolutely prohibited. We have zero tolerance for such content and will immediately report any such material to law enforcement authorities.
- Illegal Content: Any content that violates applicable laws, including but not limited to content that is defamatory, harassing, threatening, or violates intellectual property rights.
- Harmful or Offensive Content: Content that promotes violence, hate speech, discrimination, or any form of harm to individuals or groups.
- Non-Consensual Content: Any content that violates someone's privacy or is shared without consent.
By using Bollcam, you represent and warrant that all content you submit:
- Is owned by you or you have obtained all necessary rights and permissions
- Does not violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Does not infringe upon the rights of any third party
- Is not prohibited content as described above
4. AI Processing and Third-Party Services
You acknowledge and agree that:
- Images submitted to Bollcam will be processed by artificial intelligence models, which may include third-party AI services and cloud-based processing systems.
- Your images may be transmitted to and processed by third-party service providers that we use to power our AI filtering features.
- We use industry-standard security measures, but you understand that data transmission over the internet is never completely secure.
- We are not responsible for the privacy practices or data handling of third-party AI service providers, though we select providers that meet our security standards.
5. Content Monitoring and Enforcement
We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to:
- Monitor, review, and remove any content that violates these Terms
- Report illegal content, especially child exploitation material, to law enforcement
- Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
- Cooperate with law enforcement in investigations of illegal activity
6. User Accounts and Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Ensuring that all content you submit complies with these Terms
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Bollcam and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your user content, but grant us a license to use, process, and store it as necessary to provide the Service.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BOLLCAM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bollcam and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation, reasonable attorney's fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with:
- Your access to or use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property or privacy right
- Any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Service
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
